Good
afternoon ladies and gentlemen, my respected teachers, venerated parents, my
schoolmates and others present here at the Conference Hall of Business Studies
Faculty, University of Dhaka, take my Islamic greetings “Assalamualaikum
wa-rahmatullahi wa-barakatuh”.
This
is Nazifa Obayed, a student of class five at Future Gen Int’l School. I am not
a good speaker and so I apologize beforehand for my ignorance. Still I will try
to say something about a vital issue that is Good Parenting.
We
are blessed because Allah has given us parents. We love them and they love us
too, a lot. We constantly want their company. But unfortunately, I must say,
some parents don’t understand the importance of being together. As kids, like
me, we don’t want money, dear parents, we want you.
I
request all of you, here the parents, please grow us up well under your constant
guidance. We need your touch because we believe you are our best teachers.
